Under the revised pricing, FHS&#8217;s SAE1006 skin-passed HRC is now offered at approximately $522\/t CFR Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) (VND 13,700,709\/t) for orders above 20,000 t, down from $530\/t CFR (VND 13,913,817\/t) in August.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"365\">The downward revision reflects persistently weak domestic demand in Vietnam, with buyers continuing to procure material only for immediate requirements amid cautious market sentiment.
