Top terrorist Raihan Alam, who is on the police list, has directly challenged Chittagong District Superintendent of Police (SP) Masud Alam on social media. Addressing the SP from his Facebook ID, he wrote, ‘Masud sir, what is the difference between hell and hell?’
\nRaihan posted this status on his Facebook account last Sunday (July 2). The matter came to light on Monday (July 3). Recently, the police conducted a drive to arrest Raihan in Noakhali. The police almost caught him in the drive. However, Raihan escaped arrest by jumping from the roof at the last moment.
\nThe next day, SP Masud Alam commented at a press conference, ‘Raihan somehow escaped by jumping from the roof. However, even if he did not see hell, he saw hell.’ It is believed that Raihan made this post on Facebook because of the police superintendent’s comment. In the post, Raihan expressed his gratitude to some local residents of Noakhali and wrote, “Thank you to the people of Rangmala in Noakhali. They have stood by me perfectly.”
\nRaihan mentioned that in times of danger, all kinds of people expect help, which he received from Noakhali. Indicating that he would return to the righteous path if given the opportunity, he wrote, “Danger will come, so there is no room for despair.”
\nAt a press conference on Monday, Superintendent of Police Masud Alam himself raised the issue of terrorist Raihan’s Facebook post. The Superintendent of Police said, “We conducted a combing operation in that area for about 5 hours to catch him. Maybe someone helped him escape or hide. But without specific information, we cannot say that.”
\nRegarding Raihan’s post, thanking the people of Noakhali, Masud Alam said, “Not all the people of Noakhali helped him anymore. Maybe some people sheltered him knowingly or unknowingly. Our operation to arrest him is continuing.”<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
