In a bid to thaw the ice between the two neighbouring countries, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Prime Minister Tarique Rahman to attend the BRICS summit to be held in Delhi. The 18th BRICS summit will be held in New Delhi from September 12-13. The host country can invite various foreign countries as special guests to this summit of 11 member countries.
\nAccording to Indian media reports, journalists on Thursday (July 23) asked Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaid Islam about inviting the Bangladeshi Prime Minister this time. In response, he said, the invitation came from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we have sent it to the Prime Minister’s Office.
