The offering comprises G7, G9 and G13 grades from three mines, with the entire quantity available in (-)250 mm size and slated for dispatch exclusively through the road mode.<\/p>\n<p>Jhingurda G13 coal dominates auction volumes:<\/p>\n<p>The largest share of the auction has been offered from Jhingurda OC, which has notified 130,000 t of G13 coal in (-)250 mm size through the road mode. The notified price (inclusive of SPC) for the grade stands at INR 1,316\/t.<\/p>\n<p>Accounting for nearly 74% of the total auction quantity, the Jhingurda offering is expected to cater primarily to consumers seeking lower-grade fuel for cost-sensitive industrial applications.<\/p>\n<p>Kakri OC offers sizeable G9 quantity:<\/p>\n<p>Kakri OC has notified 35,000 t of G9 coal in (-)250 mm size through the road mode. The notified price (inclusive of SPC) has been fixed at INR 1,806\/t.<\/p>\n<p>The Kakri offer constitutes around 20% of the total auction volume, making it the second-largest lot in the catalogue.<\/p>\n<p>Limited G7 coal available:<\/p>\n<p>NCL has also offered 10,000 t of G7 coal from Block B G7, with dispatch through the road mode. The coal is available in (-)250 mm size and carries a notified price (inclusive of SPC) of INR 2,840\/t.<\/p>\n<p>Although the quantity is comparatively limited, the higher calorific value of G7 coal is likely to attract interest from industrial consumers seeking better fuel quality.<\/p>\n<p>Road mode remains the exclusive dispatch option:<\/p>\n<p>All 175,000 t notified under the auction will be supplied through the road mode, with no rail-based offerings included in the catalogue. This simplifies logistics for buyers located within trucking distance of the respective mines.<\/p>\n<p>Market implication:<\/p>\n<p>The auction is dominated by lower-grade G13 and G9 coal, which together account for 94% of the total notified volume.
