\nQuoting the relevant Iranian authorities, Dawn reported that after the attack, the extent of the damage was quickly assessed and repair work started. The bridge was made usable again within a short time with the efforts of local experts.
\nThe authorities claimed that engineers and technical staff worked urgently to maintain rail communication. After the repair, safety checks were completed and trains were allowed to run on that route.
