This information was given in the special notification number 4 signed by Meteorologist Dr. Muhammad Abul Kalam Mallick today (July 6).
\nThe monsoon depression located in the coastal area of \u200b\u200bWest Bengal and adjacent north Odisha has moved west-northwestwards and is currently located in the interior of Odisha and adjacent south Jharkhand areas. It may move further west\/northwestwards. As a result, strong gusty winds may blow in the seaports, north Bay of Bengal and the coastal areas of adjacent Bangladesh.
\nDue to this, the seaports of Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Mongla and Payra have been instructed to display local warning signal number 3.
