Iran has claimed to have attacked US military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait and two ships in the Strait of Hormuz in response to new US attacks. Al Jazeera News. \nThe IRGC also claimed that two oil tankers that were trying to illegally enter the Strait of Hormuz were also attacked. In addition, the US has repeatedly violated the April ceasefire agreement. As a result, it has announced the closure of the Strait of Hormuz until further notice.
\nEarlier, the US Central Command said that new attacks were carried out on multiple Iranian targets on the orders of US President Donald Trump. They said it was a response to Iran’s continued and unjustified aggression. Meanwhile, Iranian state media reported that explosions had occurred on Qeshm Island, Bandar Abbas, Sirik and other locations. At least two people were injured in an explosion in the southern city of Kargan.
\nIran said it had attacked the US Fifth Fleet base in Bahrain, two air bases in Kuwait and the Azraq base in Jordan.
