A youth named Monir Hossain Hero was beaten to death by a local mob in Fatulla, Narayanganj, on charges of raping a six-year-old child. He has been admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital in a serious condition. The incident took place in Anandabazar area of \u200b\u200bFatulla on Friday (May 22) afternoon.
\nThe child’s mother alleged that local youths Hero and Sohel took the child to a field near their house yesterday afternoon on the pretext of paying 20 taka. There, she was brutally tortured. When the child’s physical condition deteriorated after returning home, she informed her family. The relatives quickly admitted the child to the hospital.
