\nThe bodies of newlywed Mitu, her sister Lamia and grandmother Rasheda Begum reached Naksha village in Khulna’s Koyra upazila in the early hours of the morning. Their burial was completed after the funeral at 10 am. The funeral of microbus driver Naeem Sheikh was held at his village home in Rampal at 11:30 am. He was then buried there. In addition, after the funeral, the body of Mitu’s grandmother was buried in Salna village.
\nMeanwhile, the funeral of nine people from the groom’s side was completed in Mongla yesterday afternoon and they were buried in the municipal graveyard.
