Most of the pumps in the capital are not getting oil due to increased demand. As a result, vehicle drivers are returning empty-handed. Cars and motorcycles have been overflowing at petrol pumps in the capital since the morning of this Saturday (March 7).
\nIt is seen on the ground that despite standing in line for hours, the government is not getting oil as per the rules set. Vehicles are returning from most of the pumps. Many are getting into arguments after not getting oil. At this time, customers have urged the government to strictly monitor petrol pumps.
\nMeanwhile, pump owners say that the amount of oil that was supposed to arrive is not coming. They say that this crisis has arisen due to higher than normal demand. On the other hand, apart from the capital, there is still a rush of customers at petrol pumps and depots in various districts across the country. Fuel oil is being supplied according to vehicle-based quota.
\nSince this morning, long queues of vehicles have been seen at each pump. Buyers say that traders are stockpiling petrol and octane in advance because they fear that an artificial shortage may arise. However, in some places, the pumps have been temporarily closed due to running out of oil. Those concerned say that pressure has been created due to excess demand.
