The Upazila administration has conducted raids on various oil pumps in Bagharpara, Jessore. Raids were conducted on several filling stations on Friday (March 6) night.
\nIt is learnt that the raids were conducted at night to prevent pump owners from creating an artificial shortage of fuel oil. At that time, a pump was fined Tk 10,000 for not keeping oil accounts and register books.
