The Detective Branch (DB) has arrested Upazila BNP president Ferdous Chowdhury Tushar on charges of making obscene comments on mobile phone to Bahubali Police Station OC Mohammad Saiful Islam in Habiganj. He was arrested from Shayestanagar area of \u200b\u200bHabiganj city on Sunday (February 22) afternoon.
\nEarlier on Saturday afternoon, an audio clip of Ferdous Chowdhury Tushar making obscene comments targeting the Bahubali Police Station OC went viral on social media. The audio quickly went viral, resulting in strong criticism from various quarters. Tushar has been taken into DB custody.
