Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has decided to reduce the price of gold in the domestic market. This time, the price of 22-carat gold has been reduced by Tk 3,266 to Tk 2,55,558. The organization gave this information in a notification on Wednesday (February 18) morning. The new price will be effective from 9:30 am today.
\nIt is said that the price of acid gold (pure gold) has decreased in the local market. As a result, the new price of gold has been determined considering the overall situation. According to the new price, the price of 22-carat gold per bhori (11.664 grams) in the domestic market will be Tk 2,55,558. In addition, the price of 21-carat gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 2,43,953, the price of 18-carat gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 2,09,77 and the price of traditional gold per bhori has been determined at Tk 1,71,111.
