Two people were killed and 5 injured when a passenger bus hit an auto-rickshaw in Daudkandi, Comilla. The accident occurred in the Jinlatoli area of \u200b\u200bthe Dhaka-Chittagong highway on Sunday (February 15) afternoon.
\nLocals said that a Noakhali-bound passenger bus hit a battery-powered auto-rickshaw coming from the opposite direction and lost control and fell into a ditch on the side of the road.
\nUpon receiving the information, fire service personnel quickly rescued the injured from the scene and took them to the Gouripur Health Complex. The doctor on duty then declared the 2 people dead.
