\nAfter the public reception in Aruil, she told the residents of Pakshimul Union, \u2018There is nothing to fear in Rumin Farhana\u2019s ground. You have seen that after August 5, when I was in Rumin Farhana\u2019s party, I spoke against extortion, lawsuits and filing cases against people who did not pay money everywhere in Bangladesh. I did not like this truth. When you are in the opposition party, the truth tastes sweet, but when you are in the government, the truth tastes bitter. My job is to tell the truth, and I will tell the truth. \nAnyway, Barrister Rumin Farhana was seeking the BNP party nomination in Brahmanbaria-2 constituency. Allama Junaid Al Habib, vice-president of Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam Bangladesh, has been nominated as the BNP alliance candidate in this constituency. Rumin Farhana is contesting this constituency as an independent candidate after not getting the nomination. After screening the nominations, the Returning Officer declared Rumin Farhana\u2019s candidacy valid.
