Inquilab Manch spokesperson and Dhaka-8 constituency candidate Shahid Osman Hadi’s murder case will be completed within 90 days, said Legal Advisor Professor Dr. Asif Nazrul. He gave this information in a post on his verified Facebook page today (December 22). In the post, Asif Nazrul wrote, “The trial of Shahid Sharif Osman Hadi’s murder will be conducted in a speedy trial tribunal. According to Section 10 of the Speedy Trial Tribunal Act of 2002, the trial will be completed within a maximum of 90 days after the police report arrives.”
\nEarlier, Inquilab Manch had demanded the formation of a speedy trial tribunal to complete the trial process of Sharif Osman Hadi’s murder. This demand was made by the organization’s member secretary Abdullah Al Jaber at a press conference in front of the National Museum in Shahbagh in the capital at around 12:30 pm today (December 22) on Monday. Jaber said, “A speedy judicial tribunal must be formed for this murder. If necessary, the assistance of international professional investigation agencies must be sought.
