\nHe also said, we have lost a patriot and a heroic son of our time. Due to whose sacrifice and contribution, Bangladesh is free from tyranny today. We are able to speak freely. The country has taken several steps forward in the progress of democracy today. We believe that the long-cherished dream of the people of this country will be realized through the next parliamentary elections. Bangladesh will be a country free from corruption, terrorism, extortion and discrimination, free from communalism. The Assistant Secretary General said that those who are sitting in the position of state advisors today have reached there because of the movement of people like Hadi. It is the responsibility of the state to ensure the safety of those who risked their lives by fighting against fascism.
