Legal Advisor Dr. Asif Nazrul said that both suffering and corruption will be reduced in the country through e-Family Court. He also said that this will save time. He said these things at the inauguration ceremony of the e-Family Court at the Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge\u2019s Court on Monday (November 24) morning.
\nThe legal advisor said, \u2018E-Family Court will undoubtedly reduce suffering and corruption and save time. The Chief Advisor\u2019s biggest office is WhatsApp. He works more on WhatsApp. So we should also move towards digitalization.\u2019 \u2018We don\u2019t have to thank you. You just take care of it like a baby,\u2019 added Asif Nazrul.
\nHe said, \u2018We have made 21 reforms in the Law Ministry. We hope that the political parties that come after us will love the country and maintain them. Therefore, I request the next government to continue our initiatives.\u2019
\nNoting that it is possible to get justice by going to legal aid without any money, Asif Nazrul said, \u2018We have made it mandatory in family cases. Now we have introduced it in 20 districts and before we go, we will introduce it in 64 districts. Hopefully, the backlog of cases will be reduced by 50 percent in 5 years.\u2019
\nAt that time, the legal advisor said that it took former Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew 10 years to reform Singapore. He said, \u2018Reform is not possible overnight. The state structure cannot be weakened by reforming what the people of the country cannot accept. The people of the country must also be ready to accept reforms.
