\nThe situation in the area has been tense since the incident. Locals said that supporters of former MP Engineer Fazlul Azim started gathering on one side of Zero Point from noon. At the same time, supporters of Central BNP Organizing Secretary Mahbuber Rahman Shamim gathered on the other side of Zero Point.
