The youngest students of the first year (20th batch) of the university have announced the \u2018Tarun Chhatra Oikya\u2019 panel for the Jagannath University Central Students\u2019 Union (JOCSU) and Hall Parliament elections. Today, Tuesday (November 18), at around 3 pm, the students of that batch announced the panel on the ground floor of the university\u2019s Bhasha Shaheed Rafiq Bhaban.
\nThe panel will elect Statistics Department student Tawsin Islam as Vice President (VP) for the 2024-25 academic year, English Department student Khandaker Salil Alam Araf as General Secretary (GS) and Shahriar Rahman Abir as Assistant General Secretary (AGS) for the same academic year.
\nMd. Ashiful Akash has been nominated as Science and Technology Secretary, Shuvra Mandal as Literature and Culture Secretary, Abdullah Saleh Chowdhury as Sports Secretary and Akramuzzaman as Social Service and Student Welfare Secretary.
