The court has issued an arrest warrant against content creator Ashraful Alam alias Hero Alam. The warrant has been issued in a case filed by his wife Riya Monir. Following the application of the plaintiff’s lawyer, Dhaka’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Wahiduzzaman’s court issued the arrest warrant today (November 12).
\nIn this context, Hero Alam said, “I am now shooting at a 300-foot location. An arrest warrant has been issued again in the case in which a settlement was reached. What can I say! My lawyer has all the documents. I cannot go to court today, I will go tomorrow. In the language of the law, I have to answer the law.”
\nPlaintiff’s lawyer Ziaur Rahman Chowdhury said, “The accused have violated the bail conditions. They are not appearing in court properly. That is why we are requesting to cancel their bail. After the hearing, they canceled their bail and ordered to issue an arrest warrant.
\nThe complaint states that when a disagreement arose between Hero Alam and the plaintiff, Riya Moni, Hero Alam divorced the plaintiff and threw her out of the house. He even left the plaintiff’s gold chain weighing one and a half ton.
