At the same time, the Board of Directors nominated her as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. She holds a Master\u2019s Degree in Accounting from the National University. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.
