Iran has executed six terrorists linked to Israel. They were hanged in the country\u2019s Khuzestan province on Saturday morning (October 4).
\nThe Iranian news agency Mehr reported that the six executed were members of a separatist terrorist network linked to the Zionist regime.
\nIranian authorities said the terrorists had claimed responsibility for several violent incidents, including the killing of four security personnel. One of these was a bombing in Khorramshahr.
\nHowever, details of the bombing have not yet been released.
\nMeanwhile, last week, Hadi Tahan Nazif, spokesman for Iran\u2019s Guardian Council, said that a bill to toughen the punishment for espionage and a draft law to regulate the use of civilian drones had been approved and would now come into effect.
\nHadi Tahan Nazif said that both laws had previously been amended and resubmitted to parliament due to some “constitutional and religious (Sharia) ambiguities.”
\nAfter a review, the Guardian Council said that the laws did not conflict with Sharia or the constitution.
\nThe new “espionage law” provides for harsh punishments for those who act against Iran’s national security and interests or “collaborate with the Zionist regime and enemy governments.”
\nThe second law, on the other hand, “creates a legal framework for the use of civilian (civilian) drones,” which sets out safety, licensing and oversight procedures.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
