\nToday, Thursday (September 25), a high-level delegation including Vice President of the Chinese People\u2019s Institute for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Zhou Pingjian, paid a courtesy call on the party\u2019s Ameer, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, at the central office of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami in Moghbazar in the capital. The party\u2019s Secretary General, Professor Mia Golam Parwar, made these remarks at a briefing after the meeting.
\nHe said that Bangladesh and China want to develop close and neighborly relations. Discussions were held on how to further deepen the relationship between the two countries.
