Chief Advisor Professor Muhammad Yunus has urged US companies to invest more in Bangladesh.
\nHe made the call at the US-Bangladesh Executive Business Roundtable held in New York on Wednesday (September 24). The discussion was organized by the US-Bangladesh Business Council (USBBC) and was titled \u2018Advancing Reform, Resilience and Growth\u2019.
\nAt the event, the Chief Advisor urged leading US companies including MetLife, Chevron and Excelerate to seize new investment opportunities in Bangladesh.
\nThe Chief Advisor\u2019s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam later informed reporters at a press briefing.
