The deceased child is the second daughter of Babulal and Tulshi Rani couple of that village. According to local sources, Babulal’s wife Tulshi Rani had not spoken for about 4-5 days. She had also stopped eating and drinking. This Monday morning, Babulal’s mother Patani Bala gave the child to Tulshi Rani to feed. After a few minutes, she came and saw that her son’s wife had slit the child’s throat with a knife and left it on the bed.
