Vitamin ‘D’ in particular plays an important role in increasing immunity. According to experts, the most dangerous aspect of dengue is plasma leakage or the escape of plasma from the body. If there is a deficiency of vitamin D in the body, this risk increases further and shock syndrome occurs. Not only that, this deficiency causes complications in the liver, kidneys and brain.
