Home Affairs Advisor Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that 33,000 puja mandap will be set up across the country for the Sharidya Durgotsav this year. The idols will have to be immersed in a line in Dhaka. There should be continuity in who will immerse after whom. Ansar members will be deployed 24 hours for the security of the puja mandap.
