It said that among the patients admitted to the hospital due to dengue fever in the last 24 hours, 78 are in Barisal division, 98 in Chittagong division, 69 in Dhaka division (outside the City Corporation), 59 in Dhaka North City Corporation, 87 in Dhaka South City Corporation, 24 in Mymensingh division, 21 in Rajshahi division, 6 in Rangpur division and 3 in Sylhet division. In the last 24 hours, 417 dengue patients have been discharged from the hospital. So far this year, 31,230 dengue patients have been discharged from the hospital. As of September 3 of this year, 127 people have died due to dengue. 32,946 people have been infected with dengue. Of these, 60.4 percent are men and 39.6 percent are women. From January to December 31, 2024, a total of 1 lakh 1 thousand 214 people were infected with dengue and a total of 575 people died of dengue.
