The Election Commission (EC) will publish the draft list of polling stations on September 10 (Wednesday). The EC gave this information in a letter signed by Deputy Secretary Md. Mahbub Alam Shah today, Wednesday (August 20). It said that the polling stations and polling booths were determined in light of the policy for setting up polling stations published on the occasion of the 13th National Parliament elections: publishing the draft list of area-based polling stations, accepting claims and objections on the draft polling station list and resolving them according to the policy to prepare the possible final list of polling stations. It also said that as per the instructions of the commission, the draft list of polling stations will be published on September 10. Then, claims or objections on the draft polling station list will be accepted till September 25. Which will be settled by October 12.
