In such a situation, the World Health Organization (WHO) provided medical supplies to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for dengue management. On Wednesday (July 9), the organization handed over 8 portable ultrasonogram machines, 21 bedside hematocrit machines and 1,600 pieces of other equipment in the conference room of the department. After the meeting, Director General (DGHS) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) Professor Dr. Md. Abu Zafar said that the change in the type of dengue requires special care for patients. Now, complex symptoms are more common among patients. As a result, in many cases, patients have to be kept under close observation. In that case, these equipment will play a very important role.
