Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Mia Golam Parwar said that the party does not want to postpone the national elections, but wants a fair environment for the elections. He said this after visiting the Suhrawardy Udyan, the venue for the national rally to be held on July 19, at around 12 noon on Monday (July 7). At the time, he also said that the people are not confident about the government’s role in conducting a fair election.
