Two people lost their lives in a head-on collision between a truck and a microbus on the Sylhet-Dhaka highway. The accident occurred in the Model Bazar area of \u200b\u200bNabiganj upazila around 5:30 am on Wednesday (July 2). One of the deceased was a female passenger and the other was a microbus driver. Four others were injured.<\/p>\n
It is learned that the microbus collided with a truck coming from the opposite direction on its way from Sylhet to Dhaka. Two people died on the spot and the rest were rescued in serious condition and sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital. The officer-in-charge of Sherpur Highway Police confirmed the accident and said that after receiving information, the police went to the spot and carried out rescue operations.
