He said this at a discussion meeting and award distribution ceremony organized on the occasion of the ‘International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking-2025’ at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in the capital on Thursday (June 26) morning.<\/p>\n
The Home Affairs Advisor said, ‘The country’s economic development is being hampered by the invasion of drugs. Women and children are being used in drug trafficking. Due to this, they are also getting caught in the terrible grip of drugs.’ He also said, ‘Anti-drug campaigns are needed in every district and upazila.
