Thousands of people took part in the protest in the capital Tehran since Sunday (June 22) morning.<\/p>\n
The streets of Tehran were filled with shouts of ‘Revenge! Revenge!’ The protesters’ fists shook in sync with the procession. The common people of Iran gathered in a large demonstration holding Iranian flags in protest against the US attack. At this time, Iranian President Masoud Pajhwokian himself joined them in the movement.<\/p>\n
Azadi Square, Ferdowsi Square, Imam Khomeini Mosque and in front of the parliament building were the main protest sites. Iranian state television and local media broadcast the news of these protests live.<\/p>\n
