Staff Correspondent, Tangail: Three people were killed when a microbus hit the back of a truck parked in the Karatipara bypass area of \u200b\u200bBasail upazila on the Dhaka-Tangail Jamuna Bridge highway. Two more were injured in the incident.<\/p>\n
The accident occurred at around 9 am on Tuesday (June 3) in the Karatipara bypass area of \u200b\u200bBasail upazila.<\/p>\n
The deceased were Amjad Hossain of Sherpur Sadar upazila and his two sons Atul and Atul. Basail Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Jalal Uddin confirmed the accident.<\/p>\n
Police said that they were going to their village home in Sherpur from Dhaka on the occasion of Eid. When they reached the Karatia area, they wanted to take a break for breakfast. Amjad Hossain and his two sons Atul and Atul died on the spot when they hit the back of a truck parked in front of them.<\/p>\n
The bodies have been recovered and sent to the Tangail Jamurki Hospital morgue. Police said their bodies will be handed over after the legal process is completed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
