Rajib Sikder.<\/p>\n<p>Police and locals said that Mukta Akhter&#8217;s house had been connected to an electricity supply from a house next door. Due to low voltage, the connection wire was torn and fell to the ground. As there was no electricity, when she went to fix the torn wire, the electricity suddenly came on.
