India had earlier purchased 36 Rafale fighter jets from France. The country’s air force is using those fighter jets that came to India under a 2016 deal.<\/p>\n
Incidentally, the Indian Navy has started a ‘show of strength’ in the wake of the Kashmir attack. On Sunday (April 27), they conducted a drill by launching missiles from warships in the Arabian Sea. The Indian Navy’s message on social media is, ‘They are ready to confront the enemy at any time, in any way and under any circumstances’.<\/p>\n
