The head of Ukraine’s foreign intelligence service, Oleh Ivashchenko, said that China is supplying various important products to Russian military factories. However, Beijing denied the allegations and said that such allegations are baseless. The British news agency Reuters reported this information in a report on Tuesday (May 27).<\/p>\n
Oleh Ivashchenko said, “There is confirmed information that China is supplying equipment, chemicals, ammunition and components specifically for the Russian defense industry. We have received confirmed information about 20 Russian factories.”<\/p>\n
He said that in 2024-25, parts, equipment and technical information were exchanged between Russia and China under five joint projects in the aviation sector. He also claimed that large quantities of chemicals were sent to Russia six times, although he did not give detailed information on this.<\/p>\n
China, the world’s second-largest economy, has further strengthened trade and economic relations with Russia.
