He said that only the people of Pakistan can free the country from this disease of terrorism. I want to ask the people of Pakistan \u2014 what have you achieved through terrorism? India is now the fourth largest economy in the world. Where are you (Pakistan)?<\/p>\n
Addressing a rally in Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi said, \u2018The people of Pakistan must come forward to free Pakistan from the disease of terrorism. Their youth must come forward.\u2019<\/p>\n
\u2018In 1971, Pakistan attacked Bhuj airbase and our women repaired the runway in just 72 hours. Pakistan’s response was so strong that all their airbases are still in ICU and that’s when Pakistan was forced to surrender,’ Modi said.<\/p>\n
Along with his remarks, the country’s External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said that terrorism in Pakistan is an ‘open business’, funded, organised and used by the state and the army.<\/p>\n
