The Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has pushed 21 people, including women and children, through the Barabari border, the border area under the responsibility of Jayadharbhanga BOP in Panchagarh Sadar. The push-in incident took place late on Wednesday (May 21).<\/p>\n
Later, a BGB patrol team spotted them at the border at night and detained them, said Sheikh Mohammad Badrudoja, commander of Nilphamari-56 BGB Battalion.<\/p>\n
Among the detained are 6 women, 2 men and 13 children. Initially, it was learned that they were all Bangladeshis.<\/p>\n
It is learned that they had been living in the Gujarat area of \u200b\u200bIndia for a long time. On May 21, the Indian police arrested them in the Gujarat area and brought them to Kolkata by air. After that, they came from Kolkata by bus and handed them over to the 93\/Tiapara BSF camp in India. Later, members of the Tiapara BSF camp took them out through the gate at night and pushed them into Bangladesh near border pillar 757\/10-S.<\/p>\n
The BGB said that a flag meeting is being held with the BSF regarding the push-in incident. At the same time, further legal action is being taken. The detainees are currently in the custody of the BGB.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
