Anti-discrimination students were shot in front of the DC office in Rajbari area of \u200b\u200bGazipur. The incident took place at around 6:30 pm today, Saturday.<\/p>\n
A student named Mobasher Hossain was shot. He is the son of Ali Ahmed from Harinal area. He was shot in his right hand.<\/p>\n
Leaders of the anti-discrimination student movement alleged that Awami League leaders and activists came on a motorcycle and fired at the students.<\/p>\n
He was rescued soon after the incident and taken to Gazipur Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Medical College Hospital. He is undergoing treatment there.<\/p>\n
Gazipur Metropolitan Police DC (Crime, North) Riazuddin Ahmed said that after receiving the information, the police visited the scene. A drive has been launched to arrest the culprit.<\/p>\n
Earlier, on Friday night, when the students went to close the house of former Liberation War Affairs Minister AK Mozammel Haque in the Dhirashram area of \u200b\u200bGazipur City Corporation after receiving the news of looting, they were attacked. At least 15 people were injured in this. Eleven of them were taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital last night.
