As per tradition, Joe Biden has also left a letter for the new President Donald Trump.<\/p>\n
A reporter asked Trump if Biden had left a letter! Then Trump smiled and said, \u201cMaybe he did.\u201d Then he opened the drawer of his Resolute desk and found this letter. Upon receiving the letter, Trump said in a surprised manner, \u201cOhh.\u201d<\/p>\n
