Three more children die of measles symptoms

Three more children have died of measles symptoms in the country in the last 24 hours. On the other hand, 1,063 children have been infected with measles and measles symptoms together till 8 am today, Sunday (June 21). This information was given in the updated report on measles by the Directorate General of Health Services today.
The notification said that three more children have died of measles symptoms in the country in the last 24 hours. However, no child has died of measles. Along with this, a total of 587 children have died of measles symptoms across the country since March 15. And 93 more children have died due to measles. That is, a total of 680 children have died of measles and measles symptoms during this period.
In addition, 62 children have been infected with measles in the last 24 hours and the number of patients with measles symptoms is 1,01. During this period, 957 children have been newly admitted to the hospital and 879 children have been discharged from the hospital.
According to the Health Department, the total number of suspected measles cases since March 15 is 92,790 and the number of confirmed measles cases is 11,111. Of these, a total of 76,859 patients were hospitalized, of whom 72,849 have already been discharged from the hospital and returned home.
