June 14, 2026: What is the price of 22-carat gold bar?
After reducing the price four times in a row, the Bangladesh Jewelers Association (BAJUS) has decided to increase the price of gold in the country’s market. This time, the organization has increased the price of 22-carat gold bar by Tk 6,590 and set its price at Tk 2,24,940.
BAJUS gave this information in a notification yesterday (June 13) morning. The new price came into effect from 10 am that day. The notification said that the price of pure gold in the local market has increased. As a result, the new price of gold has been set considering the overall situation.
According to the new price, the price of 22-carat gold bar (11.664 grams) in the country’s market will be Tk 2,24,940. In addition, the price of 21-carat gold has been set at Tk 214,734 per bar, Tk 184,058 per bar and Tk 149,882 per bar for traditional gold.
