Israel must be taught a lesson: Iran

Iran has issued a stern warning in response to Israel’s recent attacks. The country’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that Israel must be taught a lesson. A statement carried by Iranian state media said that its military operations have been temporarily suspended.
However, it warned that if Israel and its allies continue their aggression and provocative actions, especially in southern Lebanon, then a “more severe and devastating” response will be met. All in all, Iran-Israel tensions in the Middle East show no signs of abating, but have instead reached a new level of alertness and counter-threats.
