6 more children die with measles symptoms

In the last 24 hours, 6 more children have died with measles symptoms. In addition, 1,459 people have been newly admitted to hospitals during this period.
This information was given in a press release sent by the Directorate General of Health Services on Monday (May 11).
According to the Directorate General of Health Services, three of the six children who died with measles symptoms in the last 24 hours are from Dhaka Division. Two are from Chittagong Division and one is from Mymensingh Division.
The Directorate General of Health Services said that the number of deaths due to measles since March 15 has reached 65. On the other hand, the number of deaths due to measles symptoms has reached 350.
