Legal notice demanding ban on Dr. Yunus’s departure

A legal notice has been sent to the government concerned, seeking a ban on the departure of all advisors, including former chief advisor Dr. Yunus. Supreme Court lawyer Barrister M Ashraful Islam sent the notice today (April 6). The legal notice was sent on charges of involvement in the transfer of measles vaccines from the state system to the private sector.
It has been demanded to form an investigation committee within five days of receiving the notice and impose a ban on the departure of Dr. Muhammad Yunus and all members of the advisory council. Otherwise, Barrister M Ashraful Islam has been mentioned to take necessary legal action.
There has been a serious outbreak of measles across the country, which was eradicated. More than a hundred children have already died and countless children are hospitalized with measles. Barrister M. Ashraful Islam has sent a legal notice to the government demanding the formation of an investigation committee to investigate the matter and imposing a travel ban on Dr. Muhammad Yunus, Dr. Asif Nazrul, Syeda Rizwana Hasan, Adilur Rahman Khan, Nur Jahan Begum, Brigadier (Retd.) M Sakhawat Hossain, Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Mostafa Sarwar Farooqui and all related advisors, former Chief Advisor’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam and all former personal assistants until the investigation is completed.
