Trader fined for hoarding 1,500 liters of diesel in Natore

A mobile court has fined a trader named Asad Ali Tk 5,000 for hoarding 1,500 liters of diesel in Singra, Natore and selling it at an inflated price. The raid was conducted in the Tulur More area of ​​the upazila on Wednesday (March 11) afternoon based on a secret tip-off.
Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Abdullah Al Rifat said that based on specific information, a raid was conducted on the oil shop of businessman Asad Ali in Tulur More. At that time, evidence was found that he was illegally hoarding 1,500 liters of diesel and selling it at an inflated price.
Later, he was fined Tk 5,000 through the mobile court. A bond was also taken from him to sell the stored oil to buyers at the fixed price.
