Iran’s response to US seeking resumption of talks

Iran’s National Security Council Secretary Ali Larijani has denied reports of joining new nuclear talks with Washington. He said in a social media post, “We will not negotiate with America.”
The Wall Street Journal reported that Larijani had tried to hold new talks through Omani mediators after Khamenei’s death.
The last round of talks with the US on Iran’s nuclear program was held in Geneva on Thursday. Another round of talks was scheduled for Monday in Vienna, but before that, the US and Israel attacked Iran on Saturday. In the process, top Iranian officials, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, were killed.
